Over the next 18 months, he very patiently helped us search for a condo and was always available for a showing or to visit himself to get additional information. When we found the condo we purchased, he very adeptly negotiated a contract that boxed out a competing bidder. When we were ready to sell, he had a good crew of contractors immediately available to get the house in tip top shape for showing and provided good comps and information, including detailed information about the recent sale in our neighborhood (even getting us into the house pending its closing).
